Okay, so I'm at work now, worrying about why my pumpkin has not yet called me to tell me he made it safely to Houston, even though he left at seven this morning. I am sure he has a perfectly good reason; I am just worried because that is what fiancees do. Anyhow, I am sitting here, grading, when a well-meaning professor walks by and asks me how I am. I explain why I am a bit spaced out, to which he replies, "Sometimes, opportunity dilutes us," and walks across the hallway. What, I ask you, my faithful readers, the heck is that supposed to mean? Is that comforting? Is that some obscure reference to Scripture? What the heck, I ask, what the heck?
