I was muchly excited the other day to discover frozen rhubarb at Super 1. So I bought it and some strawberries and came home intending to try and make Mum's delicious rhubarb crumble.(Usually, Andrew and I only get this delicacy when we visit England.) My lack of brown sugar turned the crumble into a cobbler, which was a little disappointing. I guess I'll just have to buy some more sometime. And soon. Rhubarb is such a lovely summery thing to eat.
