Why
isn't there a computer company- like, say, Dell - that gives price breaks to consumers who bring in their old computers when they purchase new ones? If my computer is dying a slow and painful death, why can't I take it to Best Buy and get fifty dollars off the purchase of a new Dell, while Dell could get great pub by recycling parts of my computer and using them to build new-ish computers that kids in urban community centers all over the country can use to do their homework? In turn, wouldn't parents amd grandparents everywhere remember Dell when their first little baby went off to college and needed a new laptop? Come on, people! This makes common sense and business sense, so why aren't we helping each other out more? **And by "we" I mean big computer companies who have the money to help those who don't...**
