"Weeping

may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning." (Psalm 30:5)

I must confess I am not always able to take Scripture at face value. When I was faced with losing a baby I'd only had in my womb a few days, this verse would have been hard to stomach. When my Nonnie passed away suddenly when Gabriel was just a few months old, I'd have gritted my teeth at the fool who tried to offer me this verse as a comfort. So if you read this and are not comforted, take heart, for the Holy Spirit intercedes for you with groans that words cannot express, and a joyful morning for you is surely on the horizon.
